`Ānelaokahiau Gutierrez ~ Pacific Voyager, Educator, Ocean Steward
ʻĀnela brings deep devotion to Hawai‘i’s voyaging traditions, ancestral knowledge, and ocean-based stewardship. She anchors efforts to revive and perpetuate the wisdom of Pacific voyaging: promoting sustainability, environmental health, and respect for earth and people through canoe voyaging, cultural education, and community building.

Selket Kaufman ~ Film Maker, Ocean Advocate
Selket is an award-winning filmmaker and visual storyteller based in Maui, Hawai‘i, whose work is shaped by a deep connection to culture, the natural world, and years of field experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Photojournalism and Visual Communication from the Hussman School of Media and Journalism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, following her foundational studies at the College of San Mateo.
Guided by a deep commitment to nature, wildlife, and ocean conservation, her career has spanned nonprofits, independent film, and advocacy work. From helping recruit volunteer firefighters with the Emergency Services Corps to supporting displaced animals and emergency efforts with the Maui Humane Society during the Lahaina Fires of 2023, she has remained steadfast in her dedication to community and environmental resilience. Through her continued work with Pacific Whale Foundation, she carries forward the legacy of marine conservation, using visual storytelling as both art and activism.

Amber Herzog Lyman - Artist, Educator, Earth Ambassador
Amber is a passionate, multi-talented creative: a poet, film writer, wildlife educator, adventurer and Earth ambassador. Her background is multi-faceted and hands-on; with years of field work as an expedition leader, marine researcher and program manager, and certified as a wildlife tracker, safari field guide and coral reef research diver with experience across Africa, North America and the South Pacific. She translates this vast experience with wild places into creative, inviting language to open a deep portal of connection between nature and the hearts and minds of readers / viewers.

Leah Lamb ~ Author, Story Teller, Speaker, Ocean Guardian
Leah Lamb is a storyteller, author, and founder of the School for Sacred Storytelling. She guides in reclaiming storytelling as a sacred art — one that restores connection to self, community, and the natural world.
Leah is also the founder of the Whale Dreamers Council, advocating for the health of our ocean.

Ryan Udarbe ~ Strength Director, Paddling Coach, Earth Advocate
Ryan Udarbe is the owner of AZ Strength, helping professional and amateur athletes strengthening their physical abilities. He is also the coach and founder of Team Makapō, paddlers with disabilities, giving them the confidence to go long distances and compete in canoe paddling. He, along with his wife Adrienne started Pinnacle Prevention cultivating a just food system and opportunities for joyful movement.
